From the ordinance
The minimum lot size shall be 20,000 square feet. The minimum frontage for each lot shall be 100 feet. Structures shall be located 40 feet or more from any street right-of-way. Each side yard on a lot shall be a minimum of 10 feet except when adjacent to a residential district it shall be 20 feet. The minimum rear yard on a lot shall be 20 feet. The maximum building coverage on a lot shall be 25%. Structures may be erected up to 35 feet in height.
