Signage

• Illumination requirement for monument signs

  If illuminated, lights shall be ground-mounted spotlights concealed by landscaping, directed away from adjacent property and rights-of-way.

• Maximum farm sign area per side20 sqftsq ftSquare feet. An acre is 43,560 sq ft; a typical suburban lot is 7,000–10,000.

  One sign of up to 20 square feet in area on each side of the property that abuts a road.
