Signage

• Signs allowed without permit

  Government signs, masonry/bronze tablets, signs not visible from ROW, flags up to 16 sq ft, two signs up to 2 sq ft each, temporary signs for sale/rent (max 6 ft height, 16 sq ft), building permit (max 4 ft height, 9 sq ft).

• Temporary sign display periods

  For sale/rent: until sold/rented; building permit: up to 24 months; new business: 30 days; one-time event: 30 days; other: 60 days. Replacement wait: 30 days.
