RURAL RESORT: A private establishment consisting of a detached structure or structures located in a rural setting in which lodging units are offered to transients for compensation as the principal use, which shall include at least one of the following uses: conference and meeting facilities, restaurant and banquet facilities, or recreational amenities, such as, but not limited to, pools, hiking trails, playgrounds, water park, zip line, marina or high ropes course.
