- Off-street truck loading space rate
Off-street truck loading space shall be provided at a rate of one space for the first 10,000 square feet or less gross floor area, plus a minimum of one additional space for each additional 40,000 square feet of gross floor area or part thereof.

Such space or spaces shall be a minimum of 15 feet wide and 35 feet in length with a minimum clear height of 15 feet.
