• Impermeable barrier required if water table less than 2 ft2 ft

  If litter is stored in areas where the ground water table is less than two (2) feet below the surface, an impermeable barrier shall be installed under the litter.

• Litter protected with waterproof cover after 14 days

  If stored outside longer than fourteen (14) days, the litter shall be protected with a waterproof cover.
