Signage

Sign area shall be measured within a continuous perimeter enclosing the entire display face of the sign, including background, framing, trim, molding, and other borders, but excluding supports and uprights unless such supports or uprights are designed as an integral part of the display.

The height of signs shall be the vertical distance measured from the average, finished-grade ground elevation, ten (10) feet from where the sign is located, to the highest point of the sign.
