Signage

• Maximum freestanding signs per parcel1 sign

  not more than one (1) permanent freestanding sign shall be permitted for each parcel.

• Minimum freestanding sign setbackSetbackThe distance a building must be held back from a lot line.5 ft

  The minimum setback of any freestanding sign from any property line shall be five (5) feet.

• Sign area measurement

  Sign area shall be measured within a continuous perimeter enclosing the entire display face of the sign, including background, framing, trim, molding, and other borders, but excluding supports and uprights unless such supports or uprights are designed as an integral part of the display.

• Sign heightMaximum heightThe tallest a building may be, given in feet, in storeys, or both — whichever binds first. measurement

  The height of signs shall be the vertical distance measured from the average, finished-grade ground elevation, ten (10) feet from where the sign is located, to the highest point of the sign.
