- Underground utilities in urban growth areas
Districts located within urban growth areas designated in the comprehensive plan or any other plan adopted by the county shall require underground installation of utilities wherever possible.

In any conventional district, where public water and sewer serve the parcel, all setbacks shall include a ten-foot utility easement.
