Parking

• Minimum bicycle parking spaces4 spaces

  with a minimum of four (4) bicycle parking spaces.

• Bicycle parking ratio25 car spaces per bicycle space

  Parking facilities with fifteen (15) or greater car parking spaces, located within any urban growth area designated in the comprehensive plan or any other plans adopted by the county shall provide parking for one bicycle per twenty-five (25) car parking spaces

• Compact car space length16 ft

  and sixteen (16) feet long

• Compact car space width8.5 ft

  For parallel parking, compact car parking spaces shall be eight (8) feet, six (6) inches wide

• Maximum compact car spaces percentage20 pct

  The zoning administrator may allow a maximum of twenty (20) percent of the total number of spaces to be compact car spaces in any parking facility with greater than twenty (20) spaces

• Motorcycle parking reduction percentage5 pct

  The zoning administrator may allow a five-percent reduction in minimum required parking spaces in any parking facility with greater than twenty (20) spaces if at least two (2) motorcycle parking spaces are provided.

• Motorcycle space length8 ft

  by eight (8) feet long

• Motorcycle space width4 ft

  For parallel parking, motorcycle parking spaces shall be four (4) feet wide

• Tractor trailer heightMaximum heightThe tallest a building may be, given in feet, in storeys, or both — whichever binds first. clearance14 ft
