Lighting

• Lighting fixture shielding

  Lighting fixtures shall be aimed and shielded to prevent direct illumination of adjacent properties.

• Glare minimization required

  Outdoor lighting shall be designed to provide adequate illumination for safety and security while minimizing glare, light trespass, and sky glow.

• Parking lot illumination1 foot-candles

  Lighting of parking lots shall be designed to provide an average illumination of 1.0 foot-candles with a uniformity ratio of no more than 4:1.
