• Outdoor storage location

  Located to the rear of the principal building where feasible; Screened from view from adjacent streets and residential districts; Paved or surfaced to prevent dust and mud; Maintained in a neat and orderly manner.

• Maximum outdoor storage area25 pct

  Outdoor commercial storage areas shall not exceed 25 percent of the lot area unless otherwise permitted by the zoning district regulations.

• Permitted outdoor storage uses

  Storage of vehicles, equipment, or materials that are part of the principal use; Storage of building materials; Storage of agricultural products or equipment; Storage of recreational vehicles or boats.
