Outdoor display areas shall be located on the same lot as the principal use and shall not encroach on sidewalks, parking areas, or required setbacks.

Outdoor display areas shall be maintained in a neat and orderly manner and shall not create a hazard to pedestrians or vehicles.

Outdoor display areas shall be included in the calculation of gross floor area for purposes of determining parking requirements.

Outdoor display of merchandise shall be permitted only in accordance with the zoning district regulations and the requirements of this section.
