• Screening maintenance required

  Screening shall be maintained in good condition and shall be replaced when it no longer provides the required screening.

  A solid fence or wall, a minimum of 6 feet in height; A landscaped buffer with evergreen trees or shrubs planted to provide a continuous screen, a minimum of 6 feet in height at maturity;

• Screening between commercial and residential

  Between a commercial, industrial, or institutional use and an adjacent residential district;

• Screening around mechanical equipment

  Around mechanical equipment, including HVAC units, transformers, and generators;

• Screening between multifamilyMultifamily dwellingA building of four or more dwelling units. Where zoning is most restrictive. and single-familySingle-family dwellingOne dwelling unit on its own lot, usually detached from its neighbours.

  Between a multifamily development and an adjacent single-family district.

• Screening around outdoor storage

  Around outdoor storage areas, loading docks, and refuse collection areas;
