Landscaping & trees
- Tree pits in compact area
In the compact area type, tree pits or planting strips shall be provided between the sidewalk and the curb where feasible.
- Street tree maintenance guarantee1 years
The developer shall be responsible for the installation of street trees and shall provide a one-year maintenance guarantee.

Street trees shall be planted within the right-of-way or within a planting strip adjacent to the right-of-way.
