  In the compact area type, streets shall be designed with a connectivity ratio of at least 1.4 street links per node.

  In the rural area type, streets shall be designed with a connectivity ratio of at least 1.0 street links per node.

• Connectivity ratio in suburban area type1.2 links per node

  In the suburban area type, streets shall be designed with a connectivity ratio of at least 1.2 street links per node.

• Maximum dead-end street length1,000 ft

  No dead-end street shall exceed one thousand (1,000) feet in length unless approved by the zoning administrator.
