Signage
- Electronic message center requirements
Each message or image shall remain fixed and unchanged for a minimum period of 30 seconds. Illuminance intensity shall not exceed 0.3 footcandle difference.

- Sign area measurement method
Sign area shall be measured within a continuous perimeter enclosing the entire display face of the sign, including background, framing, trim, molding, and other borders, but excluding supports and uprights unless such supports or uprights are designed as an integral part of the display

The light from any illuminated sign shall be shaded, shielded, or directed so that the light intensity or brightness shall not adversely affect surrounding premises
