- Interpretation of identified uses
In the case of multiple uses, the regulation for each use, as provided in this chapter shall apply to that portion of the building or land so utilized, unless otherwise provided. If a use is specifically identified in the zoning district, while a more general use category is also listed, the regulations and applicability of the specifically identified use shall govern.
