- Areas identified as zone X on the FIRM, including areas of two-tenths percent annual chance flood or areas of one percent annual chance flood with average depths of less than one foot or with drainage areas less than one square mile.
Uses

- Agricultural uses, such as general farming, pasture, grazing, outdoor-plant nurseries, horticulture, truck farming, forestry, sod farming and wild crop harvesting.
- Public and private recreational uses and activities, such as parks, day camps, picnic grounds, golf courses, boat launching and swimming area, horseback riding and hiking trails, wildlife and nature preserves and hunting and fishing areas.
- Accessory residential uses, such as yard areas, gardens, play areas, and parking areas.
- Accessory industrial and commercial uses, such as yard areas, previous parking and loading areas, etc.
