In the PUD and TND districts, accessory dwellings are permitted provided that: An accessory dwelling that is a detached, separate structure from the principal dwelling or that is located over the principal dwellings attached garage may be located on a parcel of no less than five thousand (5,000) square feet, and no more than one (1) accessory dwelling is permitted per parcel, in addition to the principal dwelling.
