Setback

The minimum frontage shall be one hundred (100) feet on a public road. The minimum front yard shall be twenty (20) feet and side and rear yards shall be a minimum of fifteen (15) feet. However, permitted uses shall be required to maintain a thirty (30) foot or more yard on the side adjoining a residential area in order to provide for adequate buffering and screening. Buildings shall be located twenty-five (25) feet or more from any street right-of-way which is fifty (50) feet or greater in width, or fifty (50) feet or more from the center line of any street less than fifty (50) feet in width.
