From the ordinance

In the A-1 district, the minimum frontage shall be one hundred (100) feet. ... buildings shall be located no less than thirty-five (35) feet from any street right-of-way which is fifty (50) feet or greater in width, or no less than sixty (60) feet from the center line of any street right-of-way of less than fifty (50) feet in width. ... The minimum side yard shall be ten (10) feet and the total width of the two (2) side yards shall be twenty-five (25) feet or more. Each main building shall have a minimum rear yard of twenty-five (25) feet or more.
