For every amount of land area of the parcel that equals or exceeds the minimum lot area required for the district, one (1) dwelling is permitted. More than two (2) dwellings on a single lot or parcel require a special exception permit.

Individual mobile homes as permanent dwellings are permitted by right in the A-1 and FC districts... A rural home business shall not be permitted on lots of less than five (5) acres and is only permitted in the A-1 and FC districts.
