Floodplain
- Nonresidential floodproofing
Nonresidential structures shall be elevated or floodproofed to be watertight below base flood level.
- Residential construction elevation
New construction and substantial improvement of any residential structure shall have the lowest floor, including basement, elevated to or above the base flood elevation.

The approximated floodplain district shall be that floodplain area for which no detailed flood profiles or elevations are provided, but where a 100-year floodplain boundary has been approximated. Underlying uses apply except as restricted.
