Floodplain
Manufactured homes shall be elevated on a permanent foundation to or above base flood elevation.
- Nonresidential floodproofing
Nonresidential structures shall be elevated or floodproofed to be watertight below base flood level.
- Residential construction elevation
New construction and substantial improvement of any residential structure shall have the lowest floor, including basement, elevated to or above the base flood elevation.

The flood-fringe district shall be that area of the 100-year floodplain not included in the floodway. Underlying uses apply except as restricted. Residential construction must be elevated to base flood elevation.
