From the ordinance
For development projects for which a site plan is required in accord with article V, division 5, a final site plan shall include a plan for the planting and/or replacement of trees on the site such that at maturity of ten (10) years, the minimum tree canopy shall be provided as follows: (1) Ten (10) percent tree canopy for sites zoned for, or to be used for commercial or industrial uses. (2) Fifteen (15) percent tree canopy for sites zoned for, or to be used for residential uses.
