Signage

Wall/marquee. No wall sign shall cover, cross or otherwise hide columns, belt courses or other decorative architectural features of a building, including balconies. Wall signs are permitted for one (1) square foot per linear foot of building frontage on which the sign or signs are to be attached, up to a maximum aggregate of one hundred (100) square feet, except for the following: a. Each tenant located within a multi-tenant building shall be allowed one (1) square foot of sign area per linear foot of their tenant building frontage, up to a maximum of one hundred (100) square feet. Such signage shall not be limited to the maximum allowable sign area for the parcel as listed in section 25-462(a). b. Parcels that contain multiple principal buildings shall be allowed one (1) square foot of sign area per linear foot of building frontage, up to a maximum of one hundred (100) square feet per building. Such signage shall not be limited to the maximum allowable sign area for the parcel as listed in section 25-462(a).
