Signage
- Maximum permanent freestanding signs per lot1 signs
No more than one (1) permanent freestanding sign shall be erected on any one (1) lot or premises with the possible exception of development within the SC, PUD, TND, RAM, POP or PIP use districts, and unless otherwise permitted in the ordinance.

For properties within the SC, PUD, TND, RAM, POP or PIP districts: One hundred sixty (160) square feet, except, due to the unique nature of development within these use districts, a master signage plan may be submitted as part of the overall development plan at the time of application for the establishment of such use district.
