Signage

• Maximum sign projection from building4 ft

  Any sign which projects more than four (4) feet from the building to which it is attached, or extends above a parapet wall or the roof line.

• Minimum clearance above driveway15 ft

  Any sign that overhangs and has a minimum clearance of less than ten (10) feet above a walkway or fifteen (15) feet above a driveway, alley or travel lane.

• Minimum clearance above walkway10 ft

  Any sign that overhangs and has a minimum clearance of less than ten (10) feet above a walkway or fifteen (15) feet above a driveway, alley or travel lane.

  Flashing signs, portable signs, outdoor advertising (billboards), moving or sound producing signs, roof top signs, inflatable signs, signs resembling traffic control devices, signs obstructing egress, signs attached to utility poles/rocks/trees/fences, signs projecting beyond lot line, signs overhanging with less than 10 ft clearance above walkway or 15 ft above driveway, signs higher than max building height, signs projecting more than 4 ft from building, searchlights.
