- Bus shelter or bus stand
- Accessory living quarters for watchman, guard or custodian
- Sculpture, fountain, etc., clearly subordinate to principal structure
- Small-scale solar energy facilities
- Electric vehicle charging station
From the ordinance
Commercial and industrial accessory uses and structures shall be limited to the following: dumpsters, emergency power generators, fence or wall, etc.
