Parking

  • Maximum number of driveway openings per parking lot2 count

    Driveway openings through the curb shall be a maximum of two (2) per parking lot, excluding shopping center parking lots.

All required off-street parking spaces shall be located on the same lot or within 500 feet walking distance. Parking spaces min 9x18 ft. Aisle widths vary. In R-1, R-2, R-3, PUD, TND, recreational vehicles must be parked behind front line.
