- Foundation and anchoring
Each mobile home site shall be developed with a foundation that complies with the existing county building code. Each mobile home is required to be underpinned unless a solid masonry foundation is provided. Every space for mobile homes shall be provided with devices for anchoring the unit to prevent overturning or uplift.

The placement of a mobile home in a permitted district requires a mobile home placement permit from the planning office, approved well and septic permit from the health department and an electrical permit from the building office.
