In conjunction with single family dwellings in residential or planned districts, small sheds, pet houses and pens, provided that such structures: (i) Are not in excess of one hundred fifty (150) square feet in floor area; (ii) Not in excess of twelve (12) feet in height; (iii) Not within five (5) feet of a rear or side property line in the R-1, R-2 and R-3, and RR use districts and not within fifteen (15) feet of a rear or side property line in the A-1, FC use districts. (iv) At least fifty (50) feet from any street right-of-way or private access easement at the front of the lot. (v) At least fifteen (15) feet from any street right-of-way.
