In the PUD and TND districts, accessory dwellings are permitted provided that: a. An accessory dwelling ... may be located on a parcel of no less than five thousand (5,000) square feet, and no more than one (1) accessory dwelling is permitted per parcel. b. No accessory dwelling shall exceed one thousand (1,000) square feet. c. No less than one (1) additional off-street parking space must be provided.
