Floodplain

The flood hazard district is an overlay district, and thus the underlying provisions of each base district shall continue to apply except as otherwise provided for herein.

The approximated floodplain district shall be that floodplain area for which no detailed flood profiles or elevations are provided, but where a one hundred-year floodplain boundary has been approximated.
