Floodplain

  • Manufactured homes shall be elevated on a permanent foundation to or above base flood elevation.

  • No increase in base flood elevation

    No development or use shall be permitted in the floodway sub-district that would result in any increase in the base flood elevation.

  • Nonresidential floodproofing

    Nonresidential structures shall be elevated or floodproofed to be watertight below base flood level.

  • Recreational vehicle restrictions

    Recreational vehicles must be on site fewer than 180 consecutive days or be fully licensed and ready for highway use.
