Setback

Buildings shall be located 35 feet or more from any street right-of-way which is 50 feet or greater in width, or 60 feet or more from the center line of any street right-of-way less than 50 feet in width.
From the ordinance
In the FC district, buildings shall be located thirty-five (35) feet or more from any street right-of-way which is fifty (50) feet or greater in width, or sixty (60) feet or more from the center line of any street right-of-way less than fifty (50) feet in width. The minimum side yard shall be ten (10) feet and the total width of the two (2) required side yards shall be twenty-five (25) feet or more. Each main building shall have a rear yard of twenty-five (25) feet or more.
