Miscellaneous area requirements and exceptions1 standards

All newly created major subdivisions in the HDR Districts must provide at a minimum, ten percent of the entire project area as open space within the parcel being subdivided/developed. In the HDR District, density should not exceed five units per acre. However, with a conditional use permit, density may increase up to ten units per acre.

Sec. 160-1241 standards

Dwelling unit means two or more rooms in a dwelling designed for living or sleeping purposes and having at least one kitchen area and one bathroom. Each unit must be at least 600 square feet in size, or meet the minimum dwelling unit square footage for a specific zoning district.
