- recreational facilities (gymnasiums, tennis courts)
- second dwelling or accessory apartment within primary residential unit for immediate family member (not more than one-third of primary dwelling square footage)
- townhouse and multifamily dwellings
- private or commercial cemeteries
- bed and breakfast facilities
- public utility structures (water towers, sewage treatment plants) exceeding neighborhood needs
