Sec. 18-9045 standards

Sign area is calculated as the entire area of the framework or background of the sign. Sign height is measured from grade to uppermost extremity. Supports not included unless integral. Double-sided signs measured as one face if back-to-back, <=24 inches apart, <=45 degrees.
