Manufactured home sales: min lot 1 acre, units in usable condition, screen max 8 ft, Type C buffer when adjoining R-1/R-2.

Mini warehouse: min lot 1 acre, stalls max 400 sqft and 10 ft height, prohibited uses, buffer and fence requirements.
The minimum lot size shall be one acre. All storage spaces shall be contained in individual enclosed stalls containing no more than 400 square feet each and no greater than ten feet in height.
Motor vehicle repair major: storage yard set back 100 ft from residential, body repair 150 ft, spray painting in structure.
All vehicles stored on the premises in excess of 72 hours shall be placed in a storage yard. The storage yard shall be fully screened from public view and shall be set back at least 100 feet from any adjoining residential district.
Motor vehicle repair minor: no exterior parts, equipment behind front line or 35 ft from ROW, waste disposal.
Exterior display or storage of new or used automobile parts is prohibited. Equipment and vehicles stored overnight on the premises shall be behind the front building line or at least 35 feet from the public right-of-way.
Personal service: dry-cleaning/pressing stations max 2,500 sqft, no petroleum-based fluid.
Dry-cleaning or pressing pickup stations or shops shall not occupy more than 2,500 square feet of floor area.
Recreational vehicle sales: min lot 1 acre, units usable, screen max 8 ft, Type C buffer when adjoining R-1/R-2.

When adjoining a residential use type, a Type B buffer yard in accordance with section 4-500 shall be provided along the property line which adjoins the residential use type.
Veterinary hospital: min lot 5 acres for large animals, 3 acres for small, buildings 100 ft from lot line.
Minimum lot size when handling large animals = Five acres. Minimum lot size when handling small animals (companion pets) = Three acres. All buildings, structures, pens, or open kennels shall be located at least 100 feet from any lot line.
