There are no requirements for commercial uses. For permitted residential units, area requirements shall be the same as in the R-3 district. There are no requirements for frontage and yards. However, if the property is adjacent to a residential district, each minimum side yard for the main and accessory buildings shall be ten feet, and the minimum rear yard for the main and accessory buildings shall be 20 feet. Buildings may be erected up to 45 feet in height from grade.
