Schools or churches may be erected to a height of 60 feet from grade, provided that required front, side, and rear yards shall be increased one foot for each foot in height over 35 feet.
From the ordinance
All lots must be served by public water and sewer. The minimum lot area shall be 7,500 square feet for all permitted uses. The minimum lot width at the setback line shall be 50 feet. Structures shall be located 30 feet or more from any street right-of-way. Each side yard shall be at least ten feet. The minimum rear yard shall be 25 feet. Buildings may be erected up to three stories, but not to exceed 35 feet in height.
