From the ordinance
Buildings may be erected up to 45 feet in height from grade... There are no requirements for frontage and yards. However, if the property is adjacent to a residential district, each minimum side yard for the main and accessory buildings shall be ten feet, and the minimum rear yard for the main and accessory buildings shall be 20 feet.
