General provisions
87 rules that bind every district rather than one — sign regulations, parking, floodplain and the rest of the code’s citywide chapters.
A bed and breakfast home shall have no more than three guest rooms and no more than six guests at any one time.
Triplexes shall possess an aggregate minimum lot size 10,000 square feet
