From the ordinance

For lots served by public water and sewage disposal, the minimum lot area shall be 7,000 square feet. ... All structures shall be located at least: 35 feet from the front lot line; 35 feet from the edge of any street right-of-way; and 60 feet from the center of any street right-of-way. ... The minimum lot width at the setback line shall be 60 feet, and for each additional dwelling unit above one there shall be at least ten feet of additional lot width. ... The minimum side yard shall be ten feet. The minimum rear yard shall be 25 feet. Buildings may be erected up to two and one-half stories but not to exceed 35 feet in height.
