Temporary portable storage containers shall be allowed in residential zoning districts under the following conditions:
No more than two containers are permitted on a lot at one time. The size does not exceed 16 feet by ten feet and eight feet in height. The length of time they are permitted is not more than 14 days within any 12-month period.
