These landscape requirements shall apply to all new developments, or redevelopments, requiring an approved site plan... shall not apply to parcels containing single-family detached dwellings or two-family dwellings.
Except for single-family detached and duplex dwellings, all exterior light fixtures, including security lighting, shall consist of full cutoff fixtures and be directed downward. The height of outdoor lighting shall be no greater than 25 feet above grade.
If, at the time of the enactment of this chapter or any subsequent amendment thereto, any legal activity is being pursued or any lot or structure legally utilized in a manner or for a purpose which does not conform to the provisions of this chapter, such manner of use or purpose may be continued as herein provided.
Any person who violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions or requirements of the Zoning Ordinance shall be subject to a civil penalty of $200 for the initial summons or ticket, and a civil penalty of $500 for each additional summons or ticket.
