Any certificate of appropriateness or permit to raze expires 12 months from issuance if work not commenced, or if suspended/abandoned for 12 months.

No building or structure, including signs, shall be erected, reconstructed, altered or restored within the historic district unless approved by the ARB as architecturally compatible.
