The PSC-O Planned Shopping Center Overlay District is primarily established to provide locations in Danville for regional scaled retail commercial and business service uses within PS-C Planned Shopping Center Districts under unified site design.

Minimum lot area: Three (3) acres. Maximum density of one unit per five acres.

Minimum lot area: 16,000 square feet. Front yard: 35 feet. Rear yard: 35 feet. Side yards: 15 feet. Maximum density: 2.0 units per net acre.
The various floodplain districts shall include special flood hazard areas. The basis for the delineation of these districts shall be the Flood Insurance Study (FIS) and the Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRM) for the City of Danville prepared by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Federal Insurance Administration, dated September 29, 2010.
S-R, SUBURBAN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT — Single Family Residential District
The S-R, Suburban Residential District is created to provide for single family detached residences at subdivision densities which are compatible with the Comprehensive Plan's goals for traditional suburban-scaled residential development in Danville.

Conventional Subdivisions: Three (3.0) units per net developable acre.
Cluster Subdivisions: Five (5.0) units per net developable acre.
