General provisions

§ 180-49.18 standards

A minimum of at least 5% of the interior portions of a parking lot shall be landscaped for the purpose of providing shade trees. All parking lots shall be located no closer than five feet to any property line. Accessways minimum width 25 ft for two-way, 15 ft for one-way. Aisles no less than 12 ft for one-way, 20 ft for two-way.

§ 180-49.123 standards

A landscape plan is required to be submitted and approved by the Zoning Administrator for any commercial, industrial or institutional use or Class C subdivision prior to the issuance of a zoning permit.

Lighting levels shall not exceed 0.2 footcandle at any common property line in the residential and agricultural zoned districts.
